Garden

The behaviour of the manager. He didn’t understand my situation that the port to Bali was closed and I couldn’t come for my booking. I sent him proof tickets and everything and then he just stopped answering. I paid for 4 nights, but was there only 2 of them and my request for refund was cancelled!!!

the private bungalow was perfect for my partner and I. the AC worked great, and the hosts were wonderfuly kind and so helpful.
