ZAGBGBI heard a lot of mixed reviews about old swan guest house from the first to last day everything was perfect rooms where spotless dining room and kitchen where always clean and tidy ,I tried to book to stay longer but was booked up ,the cleaner kate was amazing always checking if everything was ok and if we needed anything ,she takes pride in her job , can't wait to go back to see her again,the only thing was not having a tele in the room but wouldnt stop me from going back thanks for a wonderful stay

We were disappointed with our stay due to the behaviour of the cleaner. On the morning of check-out, he played loud music until we left the room, which made us feel pushed out before the actual check-out time. We moved to the kitchen area, but he soon came in to smoke, which was unpleasant. Based on our experience, the cleaner didn’t seem to take cleaning seriously, and this affected the overall impression of the guesthouse The room itself was disappointing the mattress was uncomfortable, the covers had bleach stains, and everything felt overall grubby. The cleaner didn’t seem to take cleaning seriously at all.
