Excellent rapport qualité prix. À 10min du centre et de la plage. Pleins de bon restaurants juste à côté. Dans une rue calme. Les hôtes sont vraiment très gentils et serviables.

The location is quite good with a lovely coffee shop just across the road. It seems there is always a caretaker available, so the place is taken care of. The room size is sizeable but unfortunately somewhat empty.

It is reasonable place for travelers on tight budget who don't want to compromise too much. Unfortunately, I needed a reliable internet which wasn't there. Plus the place is very dark... the existing lightning is not sufficient at all... both in the room and bathroom. And yes, the place is empty... there is a lot of room but you have just bed, table, chair, bedside chests... no clothes rack, no basic wardrobe.. nothing... just empty space. And yes, people smoke, so the aircon sometimes produces putrid cigarette smell.

We booked a room with a living area, kitchen, and bathroom, but unfortunately, after two nights, we had to leave because it was far too humid and there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, along with cockroaches. We didn't feel comfortable there at all, especially since we had planned to stay for 17 nights. We had to cut our stay short because the place wasn't suitable. This is the first time this has happened to us, and I hope they will fixe the smell and humidity issues.

The smell in the bathroom coming also at the living room and the humidity every where we didn’t feel comfortable unfortunately.

The owner is very kind and welcoming. Good location.
