Bali Manik Guest House Canggu

Location was perfect. It's nearly 5-10 minutes to everywhere

No shampoo, hand sope etc. Towels and sheets had stains most of the time. The bathroom had mold, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room

We had the best time here! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful in everything. We also took the opportunity to rent a scooter here. The accomodation has also drinking water for every day which is a great advantage! Next time we will definitely come back to here!

Good location, green territory, friendly staff

Very poor internet with unstable connection (for remote work, its not the best option), no hand soap/shampoo/shower gel, no fridge (there is only one in a shared kitchen), no place to unpack your staff (so if you are a couple of two and have some staff with you, its not comfortable), very dark lighting after the sunset, street near hotel is noisy and there are lots of ants

We’ve stayed at Bali Manik Guest House already a few times and have always been very pleased with our experience. The rooms are spacious and get cleaned every two days. The common area is nice and feels like a little bubble of peace. The location is great, as it’s very close to all the good spots in Canggu bur far enough from the main street to be less noisy. Komang and his team are also super helpful and lovely. Whenever something does work (which is common everywhere in Bali) they are super fast in fixing or replacing it. They also offer monthly rates.

Only downside is side in the rooms are the bathrooms, as they could use a little upgrade (simply look a bit used) but we didn’t mind as it’s in total great value for what you pay.

The staff was very kind and supportive. The location is very strategic to move around Canngu although noisy sometimes at night. The pool and the kitchen are great assets for longer stays like ours.

The bathroom of our room was often smelly and we had to keep the door closed. The kitchen has only one fridge for all the guests, maybe adding an extra one could be nice since ants try to eat literally everything ahah

There was nothing hygienic about this guesthouse - would highly recommend not to stay at the property.

The cleanliness of the property is absolutely terrible - it is nothing as what it is in the photos. I stayed 1 night and couldn't bare to be there any longer so I booked somewhere else, when I proceeded to explain to the staff member that I wanted a refund for the remainder of my stay they refused and started to get angry with me as to why I would want to leave. He did offer to give me another room but the 1 night was so uncomfortable I couldn't bare to stay there any longer. Whilst I appreciated him carrying my bags for me to my Gojek, I didn't appreciate the understanding they had to give me a refund for the nights I didn't stay there. I booked 5 nights accommodation and they refused to give me a refund even though I didn't stay there 4 nights - disappointing is an understatement.
