Glendine Inn

Didn't have breakfast as I left every morning for work before it started

Is there a secret to hot water in the shower?... dang it was cold 😀0

A little bit outside the center, therefore easy parking and quiet at night. The Inn provides good meals and also the Irish breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom sink was small (but functional).

This is the second time I have stayed here. As with the first, the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. There is free parking and the food is good value, with a decent pub menu. This place is good value for a stay in Kilkenny.

It was exceptionally hot when we visited and our room (room 6 with a double and a single bed) directly overlooked the window from the kitchens. The room was really hot and stuffy, and this wasn't helped by the fumes from the kitchen coming directly into our room all evening and then in the morning. Obviously the weather was unusual and this can't be helped, but I wouldn't want this room again. My last stay was in another room and it was very good.

Parkplatz vor der Tür, Frühstück kann optional im angrenzenden Lokal zu sich genommen werden ( ab 10,00 p.Person). Das Zimmer war o.k. Abends kann man in dem Lokal auch essen. War etwas laut, da überall Fußball geschaut wurde, aber das Essen hat geschmeckt. Hat auch Außensitzplätze, einfach, aber o.k.

Liegt an einer Hauptstraße, war aber Nachts ruhig

No hot water in showers morning or evening The mugs and knives and forks were dirty at breakfast Staff were blunt and very slow and forgetful if you asked for anything. Very expensive for the room for one night when there was no hot water and breakfast was not included
