Absolutely perfect for our stay, thank you Adam for making it such a pleasant visit . Bed was extremely comfortable, linens and pillows great. Lovely large room, not at all cramped, unlike some B&B bedrooms. Breakfast supplies were plentiful, the milk, juice and yogurts in fridge were a lovely surprise, as was loaf of bread and fruit & snacks. Toaster and kettle and fridge were such a bonus. Thank you

Bathroom & towels smelt a little musty, possibly bathroom not ventilated enough. Otherwise all was excellent

The location was perfect, close enough to the main attractions of Blarney castle and the Woolen Mills, but away from the busy traffic of town center. Adam was an excellent host.
