La ubicación era maravillosa y la chica que nos atendió, Eve, era muy amable y nos ofreció un bowl para nuestros perros.

Nada que destacar

Great location, clean rooms, nice staff. Noisy street outside but several pints of Guinness will have you sleeping through that. Didnt try the breakfast but was nice it was included.

Check in alkaa klo 15, saimme huoneen klo 17.30. Huone oli aivan liian pieni, sinne mahtui ainostaan sänky. Aamupalahuoneessa oli muutama pöytä, jotka olivat varattuja. Meidät ohjattiin syömään omaan huoneeseen, ilman tarjottimia yms. Ja huoneessa ei ole muuta kuin sänky. Hotelli on täynnä kapeita, jyrkkiä portaita. Hotelli on todella kallis sen laatuun nähden.

Nothing good with the property. The only positive was the location in the Latin Quarter of Galway.

The staff member on duty insisted we pay before we see the rooms. The rooms were not as presented in the photos. The bed was jammed up against the wall and the bathroom door would only open 1/3rd as it hit the other side of the bed. The property provided ear plugs and suggested we wear them at night because of the noise coming from the neighbourhood - it was a Tuesday. There was nowhere to put our luggage. We cancelled our stay immediately and asked for a refund on the 2 rooms. The owner said he would refund for 1 room. We have not received a refund as yet. The hotel presents itself as a boutique hotel. It is not

Stanze troppo piccole e poca attenzione ai dettagli,sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglia d’acqua ,almeno per usare caffe’e te’forniti

Excellent location for visiting Galway at this interesting and historical property. As others have said, the rooms are small but the bathrooms are modern and all necessary amenities are available. Any external noise is muted by windows and shutters, and ear plugs are supplied, but we didn’t require them, even street side. The continental breakfast is lovely, as are the friendly and helpful staff :) Great for a short stay.

Very centraly located, close to good restaurants, pubs and shopping.

Small room but very cute,just a suggestion is the need of outlets near the bed to charge phones.
