The properties location is perfect, especially if you want privacy and some solo time. Certain rooms get certain light so if you’re sensitive to morning light versus evening, or no light at all, I’d make this clear. The property houses a kitchenette with a fridge and stove which is perfect for long time stays and evening tea. The AC works really well and the shower was nice and hot. It’s 3 minutes from the beach and surrounded by yoga (right next door) and a 24 hours restaurant (which was perfect when arriving in the middle of the night). The owners are responsive on WhatsApp and when my door randomly broke, they immediately came to fix it and then noticed the lock was difficult so they replaced the whole thing as soon as the stores were open. I noticed they were super responsive to maintenance and cleaned rooms between guests- moving the bed, painting if needed. That type of home is essential in properties so it was nice to see that type of appreciation for their property. They cleaned every single day, and you can request that they do or don’t clean. Outside was maintained really well and it felt quite safe as there seemed to be many long term guests and solo travelers. The bed was comfy enough and there is a cupboard for your belongings along with a desk. The bathroom is well illuminated by sunshine and there is a shataff that works really well. They have black out curtains and sheet curtains for day and night which is nice. Additionally, there is a bedside lamp that is super useful and makes it cozy at night.

I think small upgrades could be beneficial in the long term such as new toilet seats (mine was, painted?) but others were not. I’d recommend to be sure to clean the trash cans between guests, this can easily be overseen. I would suggest in the future to have a chain lock or an indoor key lock for extra security and feeling even more safe.

Great location, walking distance to beach and restaurants, still peaceful and quiet accommodation. Kitchen facilities and comy bedrooms.

Nice cleaner, location, greenish area.

The room was quite damp, with high humidity throughout the stay. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. But the most uncomfortable part was the mattress — it was extremely hard and made it very difficult to sleep properly. The owner didn’t reply at all.
