The Pipers Rest

It was a really comfortable stay. It met my must haves a comfortable bed and hot shower. The default is clean is expected and this was pristine and beautifully presented. A really well presented room with everything a guest could want. Breakfast was lovely and I did like how waste and excess are avoided by asking guests breakfast references . Great local recommendations of things to do or places to eat. Check in and accommodating my bike, great.

It isn't really a dislike, just a personal preference. In line with the waste management maybe a plate over bowls rather than clingfilm, just a suggestion.

Really nice breakfast included. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving good recommendations for visiting the Cliffs of Moher and local places to eat and drink. Many thanks. A good option for visiting the area.

The welcome letter was over the top with their "sustainable" mission. Honestly if I would have read this before I booked I probably would have picked someplace else. I wasn't interested in "saving the planet" over a comfortable place to stay while on vacation. However, the place was really no different than other B&Bs, with the exception of having to order breakfast the night before which is kind of hard not knowing what I might be hungry for in the morning. Also, the shower would be tight for a big person, but was fine for us.

Jacqui the hostess is lovely, welcoming and very informative. Comfortable bed and everywhere spotless

House in need of fresh paint outside but given the weather all Spring, it probably wasn’t possible to get this done to date .

Es war alles da, was man braucht - sogar das Pub direkt um die Ecke! Perfekte Lage auch für einen Besuch der Cliffs am Abend ideal, auch wenn der offizielle Wanderweg leider wegen Umbau gesperrt ist. Die Gastgeberin hatte auch den ein oder anderen Geheimtipp für die Gegend!

War alles gut! Die Dusche ist ein bisschen tricky in der Bedienung, aber sonst alles gut gewesen!

The staff and breakfast

The shower was quite small and Water for out everywhere and there drenes to be mold on the wall of the bedroom where some moisture had gotten in.

The location was wonderful and while not a luxurious stay, it had everything we needed. The staff was also so wonderful and kind.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind zum gewöhnlichen Standard in Irland sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen ist frisch. Für uns war es sehr angenehm,dass die Gastgeberin deutsch gesprochen hat. Sie war stets mit Infos und Tipps behilflich. Die Lage war super, Bus und Pub weniger Schritte entfernt. Eine gute Lage für Wanderer. Danke Jaquie für die tolle Zeit.
