Smell in the bathrooms I was not impressed with the food and drinks selection especially on a site promoting health and connection.

I really liked the bougie feel of the accommodation, the spa facilities where fab and the view was amazing. Staying here made me feel good about myself. There was lots of gluten free food on the menu, food was tasty. Beds in shared dorm were comfortable. I loved the biohacking treatments.

There was a weird vibe of the place at times - a good two shoes vibe, staff weren't overly friendly and please note- there are many outside guests that visit through out the day!! My best piece of advice is head out to save a seat before the day pass people come in otherwise you'll be on the grass which I think is terrible. More beds/seats are needed but aren't there to keep the aesthetic of the place. It does take a day or two to settle into this place. If you are on the top bunk there isn't much space between your head and the ceiling. Day guests can also access the dorms and bedrooms, I had a couple of instances where guests were lost and came into the accommodation which is a safety risk.

Clean, nice facilities, great sunset spot, very quiet (can be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for)

I originally booked a dorm room and upon arrival (after a 12 hour flight and taxi to the location) they told me they made a mistake in the system and there was no room. They offered me a suite instead for more than double the price. After arguing (and trying to convince me to go somewhere else) they reluctantly agreed to let me stay in the suite for the same price I booked, only because I threatened to write a bad review. One of the staff members was particularly rude throughout my stay.

Not very clean shower, sauna is smelly, very slow food service at restaurant - had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast eggs.
