Fantastic customer service! I made my booking while travelling and just 20 minutes from outside the city. In that time, the reservation was confirmed, I received a personal welcome message from the hote, and on arrival my room key was in an envelope with my name on it. The manager was present and handed it to me as I came in. Superb location and would stay again for sure.

The bathroom is maybe a little dated now compared to newer built hotels, but I didn't have a problem with that all, super clean, and everything works fine.
