This place is very convenient as it is just less than 5 minute walk to the old town and 10 minute walk to the bus station. You can find many nice restaurants, convenient stores and a hypermarket nearby. The room and the shared bathroom are extremely clean. The lady host, Ms Nives is extremely kind, helpful and responsive to questions. I highly recommend this place to those who are visiting Split.

"Great location & comfy bed"

Location was amazing (5 minute walk to old town & 2 minutes to grocery store), shared bathroom was very very clean!! Bed was super comfortable & the air conditioning worked great. Overall felt safe. The owner was incredibly kind and offered us juice upon arrival!

No coffee, no water boiler (for you to make your own coffee or tea), no free filtered water. Cash payment only is a bummer. The entrance to the building is a little sketchy looking but it was safe and the surrounding area is a nice part of town.

A pesar de ser un alojamiento algo antiguo, las instalaciones estaban genial, además, estaba en una ubicación perfecta. Si bien, lo más destacable fue la dueña, una mujer súper amable y cercana que no dudó en explicarnos cosas acerca de la ciudad.

Existen dificultades para aparcar cerca, a pesar de que hay parking de pago, según la hora a la que llegues estarán llenos.

L'hôte est vraiment gentille, à notre arrivé elle nous a proposer de boire un verre avec quelques petit gâteaux, elle nous a expliquer sur une carte les endroits à faire se qui est appréciable. L'emplacement est très bien située à 5mn à pied du centre. Le logement est très propre et la literie très confortable. Nous recommandons ce logement.
