Zimmer und Bad sind sehr groß

- weit abgelegt -> ohne Roller aufgeschmissen - Preisleistung zu hoch - Hotelmanager teilweise aufdringlich - es werden zwar täglich die Handtücher gewechselt aber der Boden wurde in 4 Nächten nicht einmal gewischt

Room was quite clean. WiFi. Staff was helpful. Air conditioning was reliable. Water pressure was good. Clean property. Bottled water available. Spacious room. Easy check in even when I arrived later than check in time. Effective communication with staff on WhatsApp, who gave me good recommendations on spa. They also arranged airport pick up for me, although quite expensive.

Room facilities were quite basic. My towels smelled funny. Room was not soundproof. Quite a bit of noise from outside.

Staff was nice and helpful.

There was a power cut in the night due to lightning. They did not have alternative power. We didn’t have power or water. It was really uncomfortable when you can’t use wash room in the morning.

Staff were super friendly and the rooms were very good size.

Nothing to dislike everything was fantastic

Interior design is state of the art. Hot Jacuzzi is an icing on a cake.

Breakfast is not of a great variety. Rather poor, but still tasty.
