יש מטבחון ומקרר

מדובר ביחידת דיור במרתף מתחת לבית של בעלי המקום. והמקלחת והשירותים למעלה כך שיש די הרבה מדרגות כדי ללכת כל פעם להתפנות או למקלחת. ביחידה יש מיטה וחצי ולא מיטה זוגית. זה מאוד קטן לשני מבוגרים לחלוק. הגענו כד נאמר לנו שמדובר במיקום מאוד קרוב לביה''ח מאיר אך בפועל זה לא ממש קרוב וקשה מאוד למצוא חניה באזור. לאמא שלי המבוגרת זה היה רחוק והמדרגות הקשו עליה. בנוסף פחות התחברנו לאופי השירות של בעלת הדירה.

Quiet; well-appointed. Excellent communication from owner Lola.

The shower was a little small and adjusting water flow & temperature was difficult. No filter coffee plunger that I could see to prepare coffee provided. The room is poorly ventilated so reliant on AC WHICH does work well.

The place was clean and cheerfully decorated.. it had a nicely equipped kitchenette for cooking a modest meal. The folks who rent out the room were very sweet and accommodating. It's not a hotel with a lobby if that's what you want and you must be able to deal with stairs to get in and out and to get in and out of your own private bathroom. Neither of these things was a problem for us. We would sleep there again.

"Perfect for one night stay"

I stayed there for one night as I had an important meeting in the area the next day. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The facilities were great for a one night stay. The location was perfect for my purpose. There was some food in the fridge for breakfast even though it wasn't included.

You need to go up some stairs to get to the bathroom. The dishes could be cleaner.
