cleanliness. No mosquitos. Good shower water pressure. Hot water for shower is there. Air conditioner was cool. The bed was OK to sleep on. simple breakfast & tea / coffee was provided. my wife asked for 2 boiled eggs instead (out of the breakfast menu) it was granted

no electric kettle & cups for making tea. I have to call 2x before getting someone who can tell me the Wifi password (phone signal strength is seriously low). the road is not that smooth for walking. If you have cars to send/fetch you, then that's OK. no convenient stores nearby

The location is absolutely perfect for Crystal Beach, and ideal for enjoying a perfect sun-set on the beach. The staff were professional and incredibly friendly and were always happy to arrange for a (delicious) early breakfast when we had an early start to explore the island. There is a small restaurant and market conveniently located nearby if needed.

Nothing. The rooms are spacious and clean, and excellent value for money. Would certainly stay here again.
