Apartment Areti

We had a lovely stay at Areti,we had arranged an airport pick up with them, all went smoothly and within 15 mins were at the apartment to be met by the owners (who live next door and are very helpful).Situated up from the seafront with fantastic views over the bay from the large balcony,it offered a very comfortable accommodation, large bedroom with ensuite and a good kitchen/living area at the rear,everything you needed.There is a bakery and supermarket within a few minutes walk and several paths down to the various beaches and restaurants(some are steep with several steps). If you don't fancy the steps there is a good cash only restaurant opposite(Bistro Paradiso) and you can also turn left out of the apartment down the main road to the large Konzum Supermarket where there are other restaurants. You can catch the No.10 Bus into Dubrovnik (approx 20kn each way)from just outside to the right which will drop you off on the main road above the Old Town where you will need to walk down a few alleys to get to the Old Town, the return Bus Stop is near the Cable Car entrance. There are also water taxis from Mlini Harbour that take you to Dubrovnik (100kn return), a taxi back from Dubrovnik is around 200kn and can be caught at the rank opposite the Old Gate entrance.
