Beautiful home. Very friendly staff.

Rooms were very, very small. And not possible to achieve total privacy when using toilet, if 2 people are in the room.

close to marlioboro and the lempuyangan station. free water offered

the room was quite dirty! hair and stains all over the bed sheets and pillows… the room didn’t feel clean. the bathroom was also quite smelly. breakfast was NOT acceptable, consists of bland toast (no toaster offered) with margarine, chocolate spread and jam. the mosque next door is very loud, but not dramatic.

Nice location, its not too far from malioboro, you just need to walk ca. 7 min to Malioboro, and quite in Zentrum, but it is steady place. The room is clean, the bed ist comfort, and the owner is very friendly. Bathroom with hot water, and clean. It is nice place for low budget guest house, but the room ist clean.

Very kind staff, clean room, great location

Clean and comfortable enough. Can be deceiving from the front but the rooms are round the back which you’ll see after you check in. A/C and shower works good.

Breakfast was just bread and a selection of spreads. was unable to find a toaster or pan to toast the bread but was good enough to get you going.

The staff was very friendly and the place was super clean and comfortable. A walking distance from the city center so it was easy to get around.

The breakfast menu was limited but would definitely stay again as it was value for money.
