Dadang and Ingrid were so kind to help and arrange everything :) If you are looking for affordable accommodation, I strongly recommend staying here!

The owners Ingrid and Dadang as well as the family and workers made us feel right at home. They were quick to respond to any questions. Adi I think his name was served us breakfast every morning and went out of his way to go get me ice from the shop when I hurt myself. Everyone here is so welcoming and it’s such a beautiful property in a good location. I can’t recommend enough. Will definitely be back 🙌🏼

Amazing place. Amazing vibes. Beautiful garden. Perfect location close to a small road so there is no traffic noise. The breakfast is sooo good! DaDang, Ingrid and all the team are always there happy to help or to have a chat about Batukaras life. You don't feel just like a host, you feel at home ❤️

Everything was great

This is an amazing homestay where you directly feel comfortable and like in paradise. It's super quite, you only here nature and you can relax right in front of your bungalow or in one of the hammocks. Ingrid will help you with everything. Starting from transport from the train station in Sidareja (this is super helpful as you will drive almost 2h!), getting a scooter (they are really cheap here) or anything else you need. We had great talks and an absolute great time there! We planned for 2 nights and ended up to extend up to 4. Highly recommend!

We had more comfortable beds in other locations.

Amazingly friendly and helpful. Clean, characterful room, with plenty of space. Simple, but tasty breakfast included. Lots of transport, activities and food organised at modest prices. I can't recommend this highly enough.

do not look further! This place is amazing. We booked for 5 nights and we kept extending our stay, total of 2 weeks. And so did all the other people who are staying there! Some even for 2 months. The place is very clean! They clean every morning and evening. The breakfast is delicious. People are super friendly, open and honest. They brought us coconuts for free, as much coffee/thee as you want and always available. They arrange scooter, laundry, taxi’s and anything else you ask! We felt home and Ingrid and Dadang felt like family. Theodore was born in this family and we even could join the ceremony. They offered us several times homemade food, all for free. The room is spacious and has everything you need. We fell in love with Batukaras and Sadati. We definitely come back! Thank you for everything.

Great owners who made us feel at home. Very helpful, also for the children. Lovely place not far away from the beach. Location is immersed in nature. Very close to Green Canyon.
