Absolument rien. Juste le personnel gentille

Absolument tout. Chambre trop petite. Rideaux, draps sale, douche sale, chambre pas du tout isolé. On entend le vent, la route, absolument tout.

Logement très bien situé, au cœur du centre ville d’uluwatu! Possibilité de se déplacer à pieds ou en louant un scooter Le personnel a été très accueillant et sympathique ! Literie confortable, grande salle de bain

Noisy from the street. Old and poorly maintained. Room didnt have a door to the bathroom but a curtain. Sunbeds looked dirty. I highly recommend to spend slightly more but get one of the better options we found exploring the area.

The room is big, the swimming pool is a nice place to relax and the location is very good.

The room was ready 1h30 after the check-in time, they started cleaning it only when we arrived and made us wait without even apologizing. When we got it it was all wet, i also had to ask the to clean some areas of the floor that were still dirty. There was a bad smell in the bathroom most of the time. The bathroom and the door are not separated by a curtain or door or anything. We would have liked to know in advance, I am sure it is not only couples who stay in this hotel… There is a lot of noise from construction work around the hotel and I wasn’t warned in advance which I think is the bare minimum. They close the sunbeds around the pool super early (i think around 5pm) The staff is rarely there, you have to look for them around or message them Overall I was expecting better service and a cleaner room, especially for this price.

La habitación estaba limpia, la cama muy cómoda, muy buena ducha (había shampoo, jabón, toallas y bata). El aire acondicionado enfría muy bien. Me quede 3 noches y cada día tenía room service. El personal fue super amable. Había tapones para los oídos por ruidos de construcción o de la calle y no me desperté ni una vez :)

Location & staff were fantastic. We really appreciated the daily cleaning and attentiveness to the property. It amazes me how hard the locals work.

Occasionally the bathroom/drain smelt after a shower and we were situation near the road which was loud but ear plugs were provided.
