The location is really excellent on a quieter street in Canggu, and within short walk of the beach. The bed is excellent and i have been getting good nights sleep. The local cafe restaurants are some of my favourites. The staff are very friendly, and take good care of the property, the rooms and its guests.

The kitchen is basic but ok for minimal cooking.

The establishment is understaffed. There is hardly ever a person at the reception because they are very busy with other arrangements. They do not offer transportation and are slow at answering messages. The pool was not clean.

It was my first staying in Bali so I couldn’t compare it to anything. I stayed for a week and I felt good. Rooms are like on the photos, no surprises. No ants or insects in the room, some geckos visited me sometimes, but that is fine 😊 Hospitality is perfect, in case of any questions, I always received replies. yes, the water is not going down immediately in the bathroom and yes, there is a special smell there (as everywhere in Bali). And yes, construction is ongoing nearby (also everywhere in Bali) Sometimes there was a power blackout. I think these are not issues. The biggest negative thing was not with the accommodation itself, but the other guests who are yelling in the middle of the night or 5 am after party. I guess it is because no staff is around that time. Unfortunately, people should respect others, but I guess we can’t do anything…

There is no one at the property in the evening so the neighbours do whatever they want, the noise is very loud as some people would play music in the common area. so if that's not what you're looking for, then I wouldn't recommend you stay there. But you get what you pay for, its good enough of a space

Nothing - except could maybe do with a mozzie plug - was the place I got bit most in 4 weeks in Indonesia
