"Really nice stay except for the ants."

The location of this stay is fantastic. The room is one of the nicest rooms i had stayed in during my stay in Bali, the room was large and the bed comfy. The pool was great to cool down in.

No daily housekeeping as advertised, and there was no sign in the room to put on the door to say if you wanted it. Not sure if a Pool view was what you should have expected to get from your room but i did not, also the balcony is shared as is the terrance. There were a lot of ants around, In the kitchen and bathroom, this did make the stay a little less enjoyable.

"I found a cockroach in the bed"

There is a big issue with cleaning I found a cockroach in the bed Shower smells terrible & is so bad it’s impossible to wash your hair The bedsheet are not clean, you can see weird marks The pool and all rooms are infested with ants Overall they really need to do something it’s just unacceptable for the price!

Quiet

Staff sleeping whole day in the hall like a security guy.. absolutely not comfortable when we want be in the pool and stay outside.. they dont clean your room just if u ask and everything dirty , neighbor dog gonna attack you all the time when u come home and u leave .. and its a aggressive attack not just a wau wau
