Areva Inn Plantation Resort Munnar with Pool by VOYE HOMES

An average property .. the plus side is that the staff are really helpfull..

Hotel did not have any supplies in toilets like shower gel, Shampoo etc which are basics .. short of manpower as well..

Exotic location in the middle of the forest. We felt like staying in tree houses. Hospitality was exceptional, staff were cordial as well. Kudos to the management.

Suite rooms need to include temperature heaters and locks for sliding doors to the balcony, and a hair dryer.

Our stay at the Resort was amazing. The director and the staff were so welcoming and arranged all kind of activities so we did not have to think about booking cabs or anything else to discover Munnar and its wonderful landscapes. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished. The food was also excellent. You can hang out by the campfire and listen to some music and also enjoy the swimming pool. The resort is located in a very quiet place and we had an amazing view from our balcony. We recommend this Resort to anyone wishing to travel to Munnar!

The ambience , view and the maintenance of the property. It was beautiful

The food was bad.. extremely cold food and they didn't have 70% of the items on the menu.. During the check-in, we were told by the reception guy that all the rooms were full as the check in time was 2PM, also that they hadn't received any booking from our side .. Once I showed him the booking details (via booking.com) and the approval from the hotel , he took hardly 5 minutes to provide us with a room (he had earlier mentioned that the property was full & not a single room was available until 11AM atleast). I do not appreciate the fact that he lied to us on our face.
