The breakfast buffet could have been better.

Highly recommended for anyone who seeks a peaceful vacation where the resort truly attends to your every need. The property is neat and clean, with excellent housekeeping standards maintained throughout our stay. The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was good — in fact, great food — with quality and taste consistently exceeding expectations. The resort also offers a good view, adding to the overall relaxing and serene atmosphere. A special mention goes to the General Manager, Mr. Vinod, for his excellence in meeting and attending to every need with grace and professionalism. His leadership truly reflects in the overall experience. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The bathrooms should be little bigger

THE LOBBY AND ROOM DESIGN WAS OK SURROUNDED BY GREENERY OF CARDAMOM PLANTATION. STAFF WERE HELPFUL, BUT COULDNT GO BEYOND DUE TO LIMITATIONS OF REMOTENESS. WIFI SERVICE WAS GOOD.HAD A BONFIRE ALSO. COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD ROM THE MANAGER.

THE LOCATION WAS 7 KM FROM TOWN, VERY NAROW ROADS AND IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. IT IS NOT LOCATED AMIDST TEA PLANTATIONS, WHICH IS THE MAIN ATTARACTION. HARDLY ANY AREA TO EPLORE AROUND. FOOD IS BASIC , MENU VERY RESTRICTED. SOME OF THE STAFF HAD COMMUNICATION ISSUES IN ENGLISH OR HINDI. HOUSEKEEPING LEFT LOT TO BE DESIRED. ROOM WAS MUSTY. DINING AREA NOT CLEND PROPERLY.
