Areva Inn Plantation Resort Munnar with Pool by VOYE HOMES

Ambiance and overall except room service is good. Room services didnt met our expectation. Short in electricity while kettle using, no hot water in washroom in morning.

Room and other facilities are too good. And the Breakfast is also good.peacefull location

I recently stayed in Areva inn Munnar and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the location and the surroundings were beautiful, there were a few issues that really impacted my stay. First and foremost, the biggest concern was the privacy issue. The room boy entered my room without permission while my partner was alone. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I understand that hotel staff might need to check on rooms, but there should always be prior communication or consent, especially when guests are inside the room. Secondly, the behavior of the front office staff left much to be desired. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful when we asked for basic assistance. Customer service is a crucial part of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this was a major letdown during my stay. While the views and location were great, these issues with staff conduct and privacy made it a less-than-ideal experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve their service in the future.

Location is lovely Breakfast and food was nice and Breakfast Room overlooking the forest was nice The staff looking after Breakfast lovely and friendly But see below for ALL the problems with this overrated property !

First of all Booking.Com should review actually advertising this property due to the following appalling issues : #1 Property demanded 50% upfront payment via a phone call despite stating pay at the property #2 Advertising that they take all Major Credit for payment but Demanding Cash Payment because their machines don’t take International Credit Cards (?????) #3 On arrival the room front door lock missing and door knob fell off (had to be fixed) #4 NO Hot Water for any tap including the shower (Very Poor) #5 Tiled Floors Dirty and not cleaned properly (dust all over the tiled floor everywhere) #6 No Washing Detergent in Dispenser next to the shower (but didn’t work anyway) #7 This was their premium room (Don’t bother booking here and go somewhere else) #8 Property is overrated and hyped up and they demand a premium price for a very poor standard property. #9 If this property wants guests from overseas or their local population they need to lift their standards to pay respect to Munnar and the lovely people of Kerala

Ambient room with all amenities, pool Wifi Hot water Good and tasty food Courteous staffs

Property has Very little area ..not much area to roam about No indoor play area as mentioned in booking.com No car parking - only road side parking No rooms for drivers... they have to sleep in the cold...food area for drivers was very dirty No laundry service

If you want a day away from city hastle or regular hotels, come to this place.

This place is very very far from the Munnar town and all the roads to reach this place is very dangerous and steep so I want suggest somebody with the family to come to this place.
