La struttura é composta da pochi bungalow a due passi reali da una delle spiagge migliori di Gili Meno, dove si avvistano tartarughe. I bungalow sono stati rinnovati e sono molto belli. Composti da due bungalow in legno 100% e i restanti dall’aspetto piú Luxury con vetrate (che però non si utilizzano dato che ti vedrebbero tutti i vicini e di giorno il tempo lo passi fuori). Io ero in un bungalow Wood che, a primo impatto mi sembrava peggiore degli altri, invece mi ha stupita: dentro molto piú spazioso, letto matrimoniale stra-comodo con zanzariera e un bagno spettacolare: il bagno piú bello tra tutte le strutture in cui sono stata in Indonesia di livello medio. Bell’arredo e doccia “sotto le stelle”. Sei comunque riparato ma stare all’aria aperta lo trovo suggestivo. Di fronte ai bungalow c’é un ristorantino locale (sulla sinistra, uscendo) che consiglio per la cena: grigliano pesce fresco e i prezzi sono bassi. Di fronte invece c’é un bar fantastico e di qualitá dove puoi sdraiarti e occupare tutto il giorno le loro sdraio semplicemente ordinando qualche drink. Abbiamo girato l’isola e siamo convinti questo fosse lo spot migliore: fuori dal turismo concentrato dei resort che si trovano piú avanti e poco frequentato per garantire un’atmosfera di pace davanti a un mare stupendo. La colazione buona ma solo due scelte: pancakes oppure omelette. I due ragazzi che gestiscono in loco sono giovani e gentili, cercano di aiutarti con ogni richiesta.

La persona che gestisce le prenotazioni non é mai fisicamente in loco (ma comunque sempre disponibile via messaggi o loro la chiamano su richiesta) e i ragazzi lí sono dei factotum che fanno il loro meglio ma non esiste una gestione fisica con reception, controllo documenti ecc ecc. Io ho avuto un malinteso perché ero convinta di aver prenotato un tipo di bungalow differente un pò per via delle varie foto mixate dei vari tipi di bungalow e sono stati tutti disponibili. Il servizio colazione é lento perché la cucina molto piccola quindi bisogna muoversi d’astuzia e richiederla subito appena svegli cosí da anticipare i restanti bungalow e non rimanere un’ora in attesa. Sarebbe bello se chi gestisse questi splendidi bungalow ponesse un occhio di riguardo non solo alla facciata ma anche a come viene tenuta la parte sul retro. É un vero peccato vedere tutto curato e poi affacciarsi dalla cucina in poi e vedere una mezza discarica, che potrebbe tranquillamente essere sistemata con un pò di impegno. Ribadisco comunque che la struttura merita davvero come qualitá/prezzo.

Accomodation and especially the service was not satisfactory. The Rooms are okay, but without any equipment or furnishing they feel loveless. The area around the bungalows is equally barren, which is just a huge waste of potential given the great spot and the cute Bungalows . The kitchen area is extremely dirty, smelly (because of the "toilets" behind the kitchen) and the kitchen itself is so dirty and unsanitary that we couldn't eat anything there for breakfast for fear of risking Bali belly. I definitely do not recommend eating breakfast there. The sheets were full of stains. The service was awful. We were attended by a 14 year old boy who thought himself the next king pin of the island. He demanded payment for the upgrade to the better room cash and upfront and kept intruding into our private space during our stay, even when my wife and I were in bed in the morning. Either he was unaware of intruding our space, or he simply didn't care. When I answered his questions why we wouldn't have breakfast there by saying that the kitchen is too unsanitary and filthy, he didn't seem to understand. There was no room service during our stay to clean the room or replace towels. There is a water refilling station but it's also too filthy to drink from and we only received a small bottle of water after multiple requests. On the day of checkout, he kept urging us to leave so he can clean for the next customer even though we still had lots of time until checkout All in all not a good experience despite the wonderful spot. If someone invested some time and effort into the place to create a more homy and comfortable atmosphere and did something about the service, this place could be something truly amazing. Until then, I do not recommend staying here
