"The owner of this Guest House is a full on LIAR! No option to pay in advance on web"

After "booking" hotel on this website, I called to the property to discuss about advance payment via UPI (Bank transfer) and the owner told me that if you checkin between noon and 1 PM, you don't need to do any advance payment. I checked with him about this on THREE separate calls across 2 days and he confirmed the same. When we arrived at the hotel at 12:40 PM, he has the gall to tell us that no rooms are available and we should have done advance payment. The hypocrisy of this Guest House is beyond comprehension and plainly disgusting!

The property is at the right location. Easily accessible. Near the bus stand.

It doesn't have private parking and also doesn't have a lift. It is painful to carry the luggage if the room is on the 2nd floor and above.
