Nothing,everything was 😭

The experience was completely unacceptable. The room had bed bugs, the bed sheets were dirty, and the staff was extremely arrogant. When I raised concerns, the person claimed to be the owner and said he was not part of the service industry, behaving like a king rather than treating customers with respect. I booked this property online through Booking.com, but what was provided was not at all as described.

"Families please do not stay , not for famies only for smokers and drinkers"

Location on road

Not suitable for family , full of smoking , dirty washroom , broken bucket , broken a/c , spider web on walls, bathroom window is open that any other person in another washroom can peep in.

The Location of the Hotel is decent and easily accessible. One can find all the required necessities in close vicinity. The Breakfast provided by the Hotel is good enough. the Stay Experience was good enough.
