Good value for money. AC, comfortable bed, very attentive staff. Was loud in the morning but could have been just other guests. They were quieter when we asked. Otherwise the host was lovely and made me hot water in the morning and allowed us to store our bags. Also checked us in very light because our flight was delayed.

after booking confirmation, they cancelled my booking a night before, saying that they called for payment but payment was not done they cancelled. didn't receive such call. had to scramble at last minute for stay.

Easy to access , close to beach and market. Clean washrooms. Caretaker Sunil had helped to arrange the vehicles as soon as the arrival. Which helped us to start our goa trip hasslefree !
