Prajay was calm and welcoming and clearly cared about his place, including the outer area. As two females (mother and daughter) we felt safe, as he was present but non-obtrusive. The location was perfect: off the (narrow) main road but near beach, shops, restaurants. Very efficient air conditioning, great bathroom, hot water. Importantly, Prajay communicated well with us by text before our arrival, and has done since, which was particularly appreciated given the bad communication by booking.com. We would definitely return here.

Very nice and helpful staff. In a great location near to the beach with comfy beds and good showers. Was strong enough wifi for me to run a work call in which was fantastically helpful.

"If you are looking for great & central location its the place for you."

Location was fab, everything on doorstep. Room spotless, shower powerful & plenty if hot water. Cant wait to go back. Never expected air con for this price.
