Location next to beach nice friendly atmosphere enjoyed my stay

We booked our stay at Arambol with Cactus by reading the reviews, and, the reasonable priced rooms. We had earlier visited Arambol and were looking to stay for a couple of days more this time around and we needed a clean, trustworthy place close to our favourite place where we enjoyed live music, "This is it" restobar. Cactus ticked all the boxes and we booked a couple of weeks in advance. We promptly got a call from Helenda, the owner, and her kind voice and reassuring words put me at ease and I knew that we were going to the right place. When we arrived, we were taken to our room, which was in the first floor. It had a small attached kitchen with gas stove and utensils, which we did not have use for at that time, but it can be very helpful for longer stays. The room was clean and well ventilated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even rented a bike from them for the second day. When we requested for an extension, Helen accommodated us for an extra day as well in one of the ground floor rooms. Since we did not book that in advance, we did not get to choose the room, but we were happy that we got to stay in the same building. Although she is extremely busy, Helen always has a smile on her face and is very soft spoken, always ready for a quick catch-up. Whenever we go to Arambol again, and we want a cozy home to stay right at the beach, all we will need to do is call our friend Helen.

Property is very good neat and clean. Beachfront property which is amazing from balcony. We are really happy to stay there.

The location is perfect, right on the beach..all shacks and the market are accessible. The staff is good and will go above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable.

It had some issues with electricity, loose wiring but we could manage with it.
