This is the 2nd time when I booked this hotel but same reason i'm getting from them that our hotel room is full no room is vacant,so kindly cancel your booking. This is the service i'm getting.. I had to search other hotel. Such a service is not expected. I would have given you guys a Big Zero Rating.
