It had access to a kitchen with fridge and kettle as well as cooking facilities. It is a large house with communal areas. The rooms are ok but mine did not have a table or chair. although it has the community areas.

The bathroom was showing signs of its age. My toilet seat was so old it was delaminating. The location will not sort everyone as it lacks restaurants around the area with a 30 minutes walk to the main street and another 15 to beach. However the location is accurately shown. No outside area

2 tiny pillows head resting on curtains, very confusing as to where your room was , no one there to greet you or tell you where your room was , rooms directly off kitchen, mislead by photos .

Everything was good here

Very comfortable guesthouse, this is a family house with many rooms. Mine was at the ground floor, close to the entrance and the kitchen. The wifi signal and speed were excellent. The kitchen was good as it had a fridge, a filtered drinking water dispenser and lots of utensils, most important for me was the kettle. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and many plugs. The bathroom was ample and with unlimited hot water for showers. Check in process was smooth and welcoming, I was able to take possesion of the room before 10 am.

The place is not properly displayed on google maps, there is a false Sakina Colva GH closer to the main Colva road than the real one, I was lucky that I was in contact via Whatsapp with the owner and she sent me the link, otherwise it would have been very confusing. I took the bus from Margao and you have to walk a lot (almost 2km) from the main road or beach, and there are no tuk tuk or Uber to call, either you walk or you have your own transport. There are lots of supermarkets and minimarkets on the way to the main road, though.
