Excellent guesthouse

Great location, very well maintained property and the owner is very helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. This is probably the best budget friendly guest house if you are planning to do beach hopping in south goa . At the centre from Palolem as well as the Dabolim airport. It exceeded our expectations . Will come again.

The room was spacious, plus the attached kitchen and water filter were welcome additions.

The locks for the doors, especially the bathroom door, were not good, and we had to fiddle a lot to get the doors open

There were lots of cockroaches in the room.. and they were really big .. AC is right next to the window and there was a lot of noise entire night.. couldn't sleep properly... Pillows were really shabby .. the pillow cover was clean but I could see through the cover that the pillows were pathetic as if they has cancer!

Hello We Were a family Of 10 pax with 2 kids(age 2). Stayed here for almost 4 days (booked for only 2 days and then extended) We got 1 room on Ground Floor & 2 *2bhk Apartment On 1 st floor Let me tell you its too spacious, too clean , at good location as well. The host Ms. Hazira is also very nice , cooperative. We really liked the stay thats why we kept on extending it. My family was not ready to check out from there only😂. It was completely family like feeling They have a big kitchen with all appliances like Induction, Fridge, utensils, iron, even tea powder + sugar as well.
