It is in immaculate condition. Revathi the hostess is very helpful. The location is close to the main road and I could find it easily using Google maps. It is in a residential area and there is no noise from vehicular traffic. Also, there are restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies close by. I have stayed in many home-stays and RR clearly stands out.

I can’t think of anything.
