Kharjap Homestay

This is a great place to stay. It was nice experience staying there. Property is well maintained. And home cooked food was yummy. We loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place and would like to visit again.

Review comments from fellow biker .. Great ride that almost broke the back on the roads of Arunachal finally delivered us close to Dirang. Took a detour and rode along to reach Kharjap homestay. We were dazed with confusions through the day and missed ride partners. Everything changed at the first sight of the homestay and the hosts. A warm welcome and help to settle down in rooms where we were almost tipping to just crash for the day. However, soothing warmth from hosts offered us options to relax before ending the day and OfCourse food on offer too. A quick fresh up and we decide to checkout - and it came as a pleasant surprise where we sat around the fireplace to literally feel warm. It was awesome followed by food and snacks. By the time we were done and wound up it was already few hours utilised well enough. Next day morning was soothing views with a quick tour to heritage village right behind the home stay - made up for nice morning walk for few mins as well. In all, a great place to stay, warm hosts and warmer fireplace. Enjoyed the stay and we rebooted ourselves for the next day ride. We did feel the need to spend more time in kharjap homestay to indulge in the serene surroundings. May be next time when we go around again for sure. The ride back from homestay is laced with amazing views of valleys around - that was just icing on the cake. And all these were possible due to unlimited hospitality offered by kharjap homestay. A single factor of discomfort is the detour from Dirang village all the way to Homestay is a tough ride on a bike.
