"Doing froud with customer after reach in hotel"

Most important thing is property owner are doing playing with customer like when book from this site that is accepted but after reach in hotel they said we are not attached with this site our hotel rate increased from site

ON ARRIVAL THE receptionist SAID THEY DONT TAKE BOOKING FROM ONLINE AND WAS NOT KEEN IN GIVING ROOMS. FINALLY HE MANAGED ONE ROOM AND SHIFTED ONE OF MY GUEST TO ANOTHER GURST HOUSE WHCH WAS NOT KNOWN TO US. SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT WITH THAT PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT.
