Marina guest house

Great location very close to beach, relaxed atmosphere, helpful owner and front desk guy Akhil. We got into problematic situation with our next booking but they were ready to help us although they were fully booked.

The location of the hotel was good just in front of the beach. Room was huge and has a wide balcony from where we can see the sea. Food joints are easily accessible.

The room was poorly maintained. The shower in the bathroom was broken. There is a fridge in the room which is dirtier than hell. The guest house does not have any in room food facility (at least breakfast was expected).

It was extremely hot when we visited and there is no a/c. They have fans but they just don’t cut it.

Ive been to Kovalam few times.But this stay was definetely the best.Extremely nice room-spascious, large bed,,AC, seaview.Staff went out of their way to help me-Akhil, Sanjeep, Nisha,Gita-many thanks for making my stay so comfortable🙏I felt like home.Beautiful friendly helpful people. Akhil got me new cooker&kettle.Helped me to book train tickets.Always very attentive to any needs. Big bonus-minimarket just round the corner, all necessary items were found there. Will definetely return again!!!!

Strategic location - Few steps into the beach, neat rooms, helpful staff..... Worth every penny. Had to cut short one day, but still returned half the amount.
