What I am saying is nothing like anything.

Unclean bathroom, nobody has a daily cleaning purpose, even the last 4 days nobody is cleaning my room. Managers are very critical and have false commitments to taking money offline when I am booking online he asks me how many days is your plan? Obviously people come for a minimum of 3 to 4 days. Next 3days you cancel the online booking we give you the discount. But ultimately not even and behaviour is very poor. Even one more thing they do not provide any facility like breakfast and all. And he introduces himself as the owner of the hotel. And yes, he doesn't like Bengalis.
