"Very bad experience with hotel, not at all value for money."

Location

Stayed three days no housekeeping service, no intercom, no RO water is available, every time you need to buy 1 litre pet bottle. No toiletries were provided, even complementary water bottle were only given on 1st day, electric kettle was dirty, ac cooling was very poor.

Location

Lacking the mode of communication. There should be at least a land phone to communicate. I find no one in the front desk in most of the time. However the behaviour of the staff and owners are good.
