I liked that the room had twin beds and that the fan and Aircon was sufficient to keep the bedroom cool when it was so hot and humid outside. I liked that the host was able to offer airport transfers.

Nothing, everything was good for the price.

Austin was the best host ever, so kind and helpful, beautiful soul. Communication was easy through Whatsapp. He took me to the airport at 5am with no problem. The room was very clean and big with nice equipment, for example coffee. Wish I had stayed longer so that I would’ve had time to explore the village. If you are planning to stay here just before/after your flight, consider one extra night! That’s how awesome this place was.

Excellent place to stay close to Bogmalo beach. Have restaurants and shops close to the house. Can enjoy the stay in a quiet and calm environment with greenery around. The management is very helpful and provides your needs immediately. The owner is very co-operative, kind and very friendly. Attached with a small kitchen to have morning refreshments. A lovely place to stay in Goa.

Very spacious room with great amenities including kettle, fridge etc! The host was so so lovely helping us plan our bus route! Only 5 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants- wish we had stayed longer here as was so peaceful!!!

The room was great and very functional with a fridge, kettle, little sink and even utensils. It’s a very short walk to a lovely beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to the airport as well and Austin very kindly took us at 3:15am.
