Mountain Vista

We loved our visit here. The staff, including Mr. Viraj Sorhvi, the owner, were all so patient and kind to us; they did everything possible to assist us. This hotel is great value. It is in an excellent location within walking distance of all the sites. The rooms are large and characterfully furnished, facing the mountains and Bhagsunag waterfalls. Breakfasts were good. And the staff really could not have been more friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is the access. We had heavy items of luggage and we were not as young as we were so the stairs were a struggle. Without their cooperation, our stay would not have been as smooth as experienced.

Does the reasonable pricing of the property surprise you? Honestly speaking, we loved everything about the place! But the thing that stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff. They were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. You can count on them with local recommendations, routes or anything else. The room was cozy and opened to a great view. The location is perfect given it is extremely close to Bhagsunag falls and temple, Triund trek base and also Dharamkot (you wake up to the view of the hippie town and Triund peak). Bike rentals and car rentals are also nearby. We had dinner at the hotel twice because we were too tired to go out and we absolutely loved the Pahadi Chicken that was cooked for us. It was delicious, both times! We highly recommend the place for anyone looking to have a peaceful time in the mountains.

The view is excellent. Quiet place and close to most restaurants and sights. Recommend renting a bike for easier and convenient local travel.

Breakfast was good. Felt like home made food. Could see the mountains from the room.

The owner is very helpful. We checked in at 5:30 AM, and he assisted us in carrying our luggage downstairs.

No bridge shower. You have to use Toilet paper.
