"Worst experience with booking.com"

They never prefer to book online. Their preference is to book offline. They haven't given any room to me as I went before checking time. So I have booked other hotel. Very poor experience with this hotel for the last 2 time at Booking.com. When reception staff here about booking.com they hesitate to give room. They also suggested me to book from MAKE MY TRIP.COM

The rooms were not at all clean. It's not good for family. Full of drunkards.
