Honey Bee

Nou avons passé un super séjour dans l'hôtel Honey Bee. Le personnel est très gentil et a été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous recommendons fortement !

Very friendly hosts and very helpful. Airport transportation perfekt. Beautiful rooms, not only warm but hot (!) showers, comfy beds, very good and rich breakfast! Quiet at night. City center is in walking distance. Once we enjoyed dinner on site, which was delicious. We travelled individually without pre-booked tour, so we had to organize a lot on site. The host helped us brilliantly with this. We could not have imagined anything better. Many thanks again for the wonderful time and your help with our organization!

Un lugar muy tranquilo y céntrico. La familia que lo lleva es encantadora y servicial. Todo lo que necesitas te ayudan a conseguirlo. Me he sentido como en Casa.

Friendly staff - good location. Advice to travelers: 1. You’ll find much better places nearby for less money: real views, no construction, good location. 2. If you still choose this hotel: • Call ahead and ask if the construction work is finished (as of now, it’s not). • Book just one night first — there are plenty of options around, you won’t be left stranded. • Nothing here is complimentary: ask the price of everything — even a bottle of water.

I was planning to let it go. But seeing the hotel claim I never stayed there — that’s too much. As I told the manager: • The hotel was under heavy construction, which was never mentioned anywhere. • My room had no view at all, even though it was advertised as having a “mountain view.” • No cleaning was offered during my three-day stay. • And most importantly: someone kindly offered to pick me up at the airport. No price was ever mentioned. Two days later, I was asked to pay 600 rupees for that 3 km ride. In some hotels, this service is included. Here, it turned out to be just another unpleasant surprise. And now they’re trying to pretend I never stayed here. I paid 5500 rupees for three nights, in a room with no view, in a hotel full of construction noise and dust during the day. Even water bottles were charged separately (30 rupees). I refused to pay the extra 600 rupees at the end — the bill was already way too high for what I got. Had I not paid in advance, I would have left after the first night.
