Casa Sol e Praia

gostei da localizaçao e de ter lugar privativo para o carro (apesar de ser ao sol). a cama era boa.

a casa é muito envelhecida. não tem uam limpeza profunda há décadas. a cozinha é suja, existe ligalhas e sujidade nas gavetas da cozinha, nos talheres. o frigorífico está sujo, e tem gelo em todo o congelador. os eletrodomésticos não estão limpos. a casa está suja, os armários dos quartos estão sujos e cheiram de tal modo a bafio e humidade que não se pode lá guardar roupa. em três dias, tirei 3 baratas de dentro de casa. não é possivel!

Die Unterkunft ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand.Möbel sehr alt und teilweise kaputt.Es fehlen auch die elementarsten Dinge wie Toiletten Bürste oder ein Föhn (Haben wir dann selber gekauft und da gelassen)Die Dusch Schlauch war so durchlöchert das kaum Wasser kam.Einfach grausam

the house has a pretty nice location, it didnt had any cockroaches as the reviews said, the freezer was pretty good, and the house was confy and good!

the shower is kinda broken, but its easy to use it

El apartamento es tercermundista, estaba sucio, tenía cucarachas y arañas, todo muy sucio el mobiliario estaba en mal estado ya que es muy antiguo, la vitro no funcionaba, tiene una bañera muy estrecha que te puedes caer, el aparador donde está la tele estaba lleno de cables enredados entre si, lo que puede dar lugar a un incendio, una pena que Booking tenga este tipo de apartamentos.

The location was excellent but the place was below standards

The entrance was bad stairs down in the dark filthy entrance in fact place was so old and dirty the lock on the front door was broken and the patio doors were kept shut with bricks

Excellent location for the beach and ocean view outside

Fridge was unplugged with door closed inside was black with mould freezer full of stagnant water. Internet wifi and tv wires were a tangled mess on floor and didn’t work. Enough toilet paper for one use no replacement. Washer was relocated outside because of large water leak from door seal. Damp and musty smell. Several electrical outlets are loose with broken parts

Fantastic location, I was literally a few metres from the beach. I felt very safe and had the privacy of a hedge around the garden. Comfy beds, instant hot water, good shower above the bath. All the facilities worked and the place was very clean. I called Antonio, who was friendly and helpful, lives close by, so he was able to meet me to get into the property. A few steps from the beach shops and cafes were perfect.

Due to the freezer door not being shut properly, it was FULL of ice, I managed to defrost it throughout my stay. Hopefully, the shower dripping tap will be fixed for the next guests, not that it was a bother, just aware that water needs to be conserved in PT.

V good proximity to beach and shops etc. Sea view very good

Apartment needs upgrading and modernisation. Furniture and kitchen equipment were quite worn, could be replaced with new items.
