Ужасно,снаружи идет ремонт фасада,там строительные леса,на балконах грязь и ходят рабочие,поэтому шторки открыть нельзя.Но самое ужасное то,что апартаменты находятся над кафе и когда они начинают жарить блинчики и вафли весь запах,абсолютно весь запах идет в комнату и это продолжается до 12 часов ночи и позже.Можно почувствовать что именно они жарят и когда что-то подгорело.А да,ещё-туалет для посетителей прямо рядом с дверью комнаты номер 5,где я жила.Никогда больше!!!😡

Eu não gostei de nada tinha uma casa de banho toda suja toalhas utilizadas não tinha nada para pendurar a roupa ou tinha que pôr no chão ou em cima de um frigorífico que eles lá têm cheguei de uma viagem de 6:00 Cheguei às 8:00 da noite para ter um quarto todo de porco e por uma coisa dessas ainda levam o dinheiro

A estadia foi péssima pois a fachada do prédio estava coberta de andaimes e, antes ainda das 7h30 da manhã, os trabalhadores começaram a despejar entulho pela conduta plástica, que ficava precisamente encostado a uma das janelas do quarto. Além disso, os andaimes ficavam precisamente encostados às janelas e vimos a nossa privacidade ser invadida pelos trabalhadores, que tinham acesso visual completo ao nosso quarto, o que fez com que tivéssemos que correr as cortinas e fechar as janelas, tendo de nos sujeitar a ficarmos escondidos dentro do quarto. Acho que esta situação foi inadmissível pois não foram reunidas as condições mínimas de conforto nem de segurança dos hóspedes, pois tínhamos objetos de valor próximo às janelas que poderiam ter sido facilmente furtados quando ainda tínhamos as janelas abertas

Comfortable bed, location

No signs, you go to the ice cream shop to get your keys and check in. Not very clean as there were suspicious stains on the floor next to the toilet and also around the apartment. It smelled like waffle until 1am, when the ice cream shop downstairs stopped, as the exhaust must be very close to the apartment. The AC/ventilator didn't work (there was a control panel but it wouldn't open) I think it was centrally controled but the atmosphere was very stuffy. We had to open the balcony door, but then you hear all the street noices. For example, at 2am the employees of the ice cream shop downstairs (to whom the apartments belong to) were dragging all the chairs outside to clean, making a lot of noise. They could have way been more considerate with the noise. Also, no noice insullation between the apartment door and the stairway. You hear everyone come and go until late at night, and the apartment was right next to the customer toilet of the shop downstairs. We stayed there one night, but slept horrible.

The location is great and they were kind to keep my backpack and charge my phone while I had to wait for the room.

It took them ages to make me get in, they didn't allow me to get in one hour early, so I had to be outside with 36 degrees walking for an hour and a half. I come back and the room is not ready yet, so after I protested they said they had to change a pipe in the shower in my room so they offered me a smaller room that was available immediately. The room is quite small, the windows do not cover from the noise outside, and because there's lots of bars just outside and it's right in the city center, it's quite noisy.
