"Not what i was expecting!"

the bed was comfy, and it had hot water. The staff were nice, and the food downstairs in the coffee shop was good...

The room was tiny and claustrophobic and didnt look anything like the room in the pictures, the air conditioner didnt work so we had to open the windows and endure the loud noises of the street till late at night, the TV had no remote so we couldnt watch tv at night, the bath towels were ripped and dirty, one of the windows didnt work, the paint on the ceiling was damaged ... overall for the price even tho it was in high season in Portugal it didnt match my expectations and the room

Location

it was some rooms above an ice cream shop. Small and cramped. Sheets didn’t fit the mattress. Mattress was not clean.
