- Very close to train station (Como Lago), city centre and buses - Clean

- Very expensive for what is given (prices in Como are high everywhere though); we paid about 120€ for one night in a double room, but 60€ would have been a more reasonable price. - No interaction by text/email, only automated emails. - Lift not working for two days.
