We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the location very convenient, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We especially appreciated their flexibility in adjusting to our arrival time, as we had a tight schedule with travels to other cities. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

Unglaublich hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter. Mauritzo hat uns mit seinen Tipps und Kontakten sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals. Das Familienzimmer ist sehr groß und die Lage sehr zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It’s one block from the Duomo, good location. Good A/C

It’s dirty. Buds smashed against the walls. Carpet old and dirty. The elevator didn’t work and my room was on the third floor. Nobody helped with the luggagge.

La ubicación Excelente!!! La habitación buena. A. Acondicionado nuevo. Heladera afuera; pero sirvió.

El inmueble externo; viejo; descuidado; ascensor ultra chiquito. Muy descuidado todo lo que era fuera de la habitación.
