Clean, comfortable, good location

Nice room with comfortable bed in a good location just off the main area so not loud but quickly in the mix

Limited “kitchen” if you are wanting that. But I was interested in eating outside all the time so perfect for solo traveler

The location is perfect. It’s big and nice. Very clean and full of natural light

There were no sleepers and the water didn’t heat very well.

The room was simple but beautiful with exposed timber ceilings, modern bathroom and generous sized space. The location was perfect, in close proximity to train station, ferries and central to Como with many great restaurants and bars nearby. I particularly appreciated the detailed self check in instructions which made our late arrival very straightforward.

Some cutlery and glassware are provided but weren’t clean and there was no washing up facilities. The shower didn’t get very hot at all. Improved lighting to the courtyard and stairs would be very helpful for later in the evenings.

Great location, perfect for a short trip! Plenty of parking in the area cost me roughly 30€ for the 2 days

No complaints! It is a small room however so and more than 2-3 nights it may be a little tight

Couldn't get in. Key wouldn't work. Staff didn't answer phone. It was in a compound. Couldn't see the lock box.
