"Definitely recommended"

Comfy bed and clean room. The location was great you can walk everywhere. It was good to find coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utilities. Easy self check-in. Complimentary voucher for breakfast.

The sliding door didn’t work properly.

"A very good choice for a short stay in center of Como"

Excellent location and the short walk to the bar in the morning for the complimentary breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The hosts responded promptly to our inquiries and were helpful.

Sealing of the bathroom door would be an idea...

Loved the location but the courtyard you enter at night has no lighting. Used our phone lights to lead our way. Nicely kept room with cute coffee setup but there was no coffee or amenities in the room. TV did not change channels so we used our laptops to watch movies. Bring your own toiletries- no soap shampoo or conditioner. Room kept very clean - bathroom up to date and good space but was missing some much needed items.

"Highly recommend, would rebook when coming back to beautiful lake Como."

Very comfortable, clean and modern. Great location. Staff very friendly on arrival. Helpful service via WhatsApp and a short walk to an office to leave luggage if needed. Complimentary vouchers for breakfast was a very nice extra thank you.

Unfortunately no tea/coffee at property although there was kettle and coffee machine.

Location and cleanliness

There were no blankets or doonas and we got a little chilly. Also it asked for cash for taxes and we were not able to get cash out only credit card. Sorry!

Great location, clean, comfortable, mini fridge, air conditioning, great bathroom

The bed only had a single top sheet to keep warm at night which it did actually get cold one night and I had to use a few layers of clothes to stay warm, there were no other thicker blankets to put over us.
